Meet the CEO
Earl Hall
Earl Hall is passionate about customer service and getting every job, whether small or large done in excellence.
Earl’s transportation background includes working for 5 years for Fedex in both the shipping receiving and package handling departments. More recently, Earl worked as the lead driver and dispatch, and trained new employees in excellence on an Amazon contract before leaving to start his own company.
What Earl’s resume does not reveal is his unique prospective into the obstacles of at risk youth, because he was once one. As a youth, community members positively impacted him and enabled him to overcome the environmental temptations of crimes, drugs and alcohol abuse. After his father committed suicide, he fought feelings of hopelessness and dispare when community leaders, mentors and coaches inspired him to attend college. Earl now reaches into the community to hire and train 2nd chance employees, who thrive under his leadership.
